For rims that have major chunks, dings and dents within them, we will most likely need to apply Bondo, in order to fill in the chunks, and to create a level & smooth surface to paint. For each rim that requires Bondo, there will be an additional $15-$75 charge.
In most cases, damage occurs to the outer extremities of rims, where only the damaged area would need to be repainted. In other cases, damage may occur to other parts of the rim, in which a full repaint would be needed, thus increasing the price, per rim.
-
Each rim to be repaired can take anywhere between 20 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The duration is contingent on the extent of damage & paint needed for each rim.
-
After your rim repair service is complete, you will have the option of adding a 10-year Ceramic Coating Application (+$150) to all of your rims, which will prevent any future damage, such as:
rim rash, scratches, fading, cracking & other imperfection types. Ceramic will also keep your rims in a permanent glossy state as well (unless they have a matte finish)!
